With enhanced resolution, an expanded field of view, and a white image display, the NG800 goggles offer a significant safety enhancement for night operations conducted under NVIS conditions.<\/p>\n<p>To enable their operational use, two Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) were developed for the EC135 P3\/T3 and H145 D-2\/D-3 helicopter variants equipped with the Helionix avionics suite. Both STCs were prepared by ADAC Heliservice GmbH\u2019s P21J Design Organisation in close collaboration with ADAC Luftrettung gGmbH.<\/p>\n<p>Extensive ground and flight testing was carried out, including a flight test witnessed by EASA.
