Why is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) required?
To protect our technical documentation, access to the B2B Portal is secured with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
All you need is an authenticator app installed on your smartphone. Using a private device is perfectly acceptable. The app is used solely to generate a secure login code and does not access your company data or any personal content stored on your device.
The setup is required only once and takes just a few minutes.
Access
Access to the B2B Portal is restricted to registered business customers. If you are already operating an STC or Minor Change provided by ADAC Heliservice GmbH and do not yet have access, or if you have any questions regarding the portal, please contact us at: b2bportal@heliservice.adac.de. Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive your personal login credentials.
